    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Galena, Maryland Area - 2026–2027 School Year


    Elevation Healthcare is actively recruiting for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity in the Galena, Maryland area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. We're offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for the clinician whom serves in this role.


    Applicants must hold active Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to develop individualized therapy plans
    • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to support communication development in pediatric populations
    • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success in school settings
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
    • Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology
    • Provide guidance and support to families regarding communication strategies and interventions

    Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
    • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/certification
    • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
