Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program OR
• Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program OR
• Equivalent education/experience
• Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet departmental needs
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License (Required upon hire)
• National Provider BLS Certification – American Heart Association (Required upon hire)
• Specialized speech/language pathology experience may be required depending on department
