Speech Language Pathologist

Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, in good standing.
• Master's degree.

$39-$53 per hour

Benedictine Living Community of Rochester (Madonna Towers) is looking for a full time speech language pathologist to join our in-house therapy team. We offer flexible hours, reasonable productivity standards, and no mandated group/concurrent treatment requirements. FTE is flexible between 0.8 - 1.0. New grads welcome to apply.
