Compensation

Base Salary: $83,200 - $114,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy programs as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and home exercises
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Promote patient independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire
• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Experience assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
• Rehabilitation or healthcare setting experience preferred
