Compensation

Base Salary: $93,600 - $114,400 per year

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support patient independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapy practices

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Meets the educational and clinical requirements for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Acute Care experience preferred
