Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually | Part -time considered<\/b>

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech -Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric team supporting children with autism. This role offers a collaborative clinic -based environment, consistent caseloads, and flexibility for therapists seeking full -time or part -time work.

    Key Responsibilities<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients with autism
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Conduct evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Collaborate with ABA clinical leadership
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Document services and maintain accurate records
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Provide caregiver education when appropriate
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Active Virginia Speech -Language Pathology license
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Master’s degree in Speech -Language Pathology
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Reliable transportation
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to work collaboratively within an ABA clinical model
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Must pass background check and credentialing
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
        <\/p><\/li>
