Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
- Facilitate dynamic therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication skills
- Document student progress with precision, ensuring clear and consistent reporting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-including teachers, therapists, and administrators-for coordinated care
- Actively engage, educate, and support families throughout the intervention process
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged children highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment
- Active or eligible SLP license as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
