Salary: $95k to $135k as a base

Job description:
We are seeking a pediatric-passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to children in the Sonoma /Livermore/Elk Grove/Modesto, CA area in a school setting. You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every client, and has excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Prior experience in a clinical, educational, or healthcare setting as an SLP is preferred.
• Proficient in using standardized assessment tools and evidence-based therapy techniques for treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail in documentation and treatment planning.
