Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:
Therapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Statesville, NC. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
• Provide direct therapy services to patients across a variety of diagnoses and age groups
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and families to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in patient care meetings, staff training, and continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• Active or eligible North Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with AAC, dysphagia, articulation, language disorders, or related areas is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
