Job Summary

  • Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students. - Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation and records. - Collaborate with educational staff and parents to support student success. - Conduct evaluations and prepare written reports in accordance with state and federal requirements. - Attend IEP meetings and other meetings as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Possession of an appropriate valid California credential authorizing service as a Speech Therapist/Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Knowledge of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. - Knowledge and understanding of child growth and development. - Ability to assess, plan, and provide speech and language services to students. - Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
