Job Description
* Plan and control daily site activities on $1-15m remodel projects
* Coordinate schedules, logistics, and phasing in occupied facilities
* Track progress against plans and adjust sequencing as needed
* Enforce safety standards and document compliance on site
* Communicate clearly with project managers, owners, and inspectors

The Successful Applicant
* 5-10 years of commercial construction superintendent experience
* Background in healthcare, education, or public-sector remodels
* Strong scheduling, documentation, and coordination skills
* Comfortable working from plans, specs, and defined processes
* Based in or willing to work daily from Central Ohio
