JOB TITLE: Athletics Store Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Calvary Christian Academy

REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics

STATUS: Non-Exempt; hourly

HOURS: Temporary; As Needed

LOCATION: Calvary Christian Academy, Fort Lauderdale

Specific Responsibilities:

Model Christ in word and deed.
Read Calvary Christian Academy email/staff communications and respond if requested.
Attend/participate in Back to School Night and other school events scheduled by the administration.
Participate in professional development to stay current in your field.
Participate in scheduled department meetings.
Fulfill any assigned supervisory duties.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Perform inventory counts and update apparel software monthly
Monitor CCA Store Email Account and respond to customers
Follow-up with customers who have not picked up their items
Problem-solve any issues
Support spirit store production personnel
Maintain an organized and appealing workspace

Qualifications/Skills/Gifts:

A love to teach as unto the Lord and lead/live by the Word.
A strong commitment to the philosophies and mission of Calvary Chapel as well as
Excellent interpersonal skills with regard to children, their parents, and colleagues.
Spiritual gifts of teaching, discernment, administration, leadership, service, and exhortation.
Group facilitation skills.
Bachelor of Arts
Continuing professional development.
Competent computer skills.

Work Schedule:

Flexible - Can be 5 days a week for 2-3 hours or fewer days per week with increased hours per day as coordinated with the Athletics Director
