Admission Gate Attendant (14+)
Ensure smooth process of welcoming guests into the park by managing lines, checking bags, assisting with Cabana Check-In, as well as working at other turnstiles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a smile and provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure lines are moving quickly and efficiently
- Check all bags as per the park rules and safety regulations
- Ensure all guests have tickets or season passes and allow them entry through the turnstile
- Assist guests with check-in to their Cabana and provide all relevant cabana information
- Stamp guests hands and check for stamps for park re-entry
Requirements:
- Working required hours scheduled while following all labor laws
- Complying with and enforcing all Splish Splash policies
- Communicating appropriate department, park or team-related concerns to the Leadership Team
- Following Supervisors' and Managers' directions
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must have strong customer service skills and desire to work with people.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
