The Sports Official (Flag/Soccer/Basketball) holds responsibility to officiate youth sports in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

• Act in accordance with YMCA of the USA Youth Sports policies and procedures at all times.
• Build relationships with participants, parents, coaches, and officials.
• Maintain a safe sports environment at all times. Make sure that non-participants are not interfering with game play or participation of team members.
• Conduct a coaches' meeting before each game.
• Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
