Job Summary
Bridge Rehab & Performance is a growing cash-based physical therapy and performance clinic that
helps active adults and athletes move better, perform better, and stay pain-free for life.


We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys solving complex movement problems,
providing hands-on care, and building lasting relationships with patients. This role offers the flexibility
to start part-time while growing into a full-time position as your schedule fills, if desired.


Compensation and Benefits
– $55 to $65 per hour based on experience

Who You Will Treat

What You Will Do
– Perform comprehensive movement and orthopedic evaluations
– Develop individualized treatment plans
– Deliver hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, dry needling (or willingness to become
certified), and corrective exercise
– Identify mobility, strength, and movement asymmetries
– Educate patients to build long-term healthy habits
– Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience


What We Are Looking For
– Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
– Ohio Physical Therapy License
– Dry needling certified, or planning to become certified
– Passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, and active populations
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Growth mindset with a desire to continually learn
– Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team culture
