The Foreman must be comfortable evaluating existing conditions and determining how to complete the installation safely while protecting the homeowner's property.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and supervise the spray foam installation crewManage primarily residential retrofit spray foam projectsReview job scope and existing conditions before beginning workIdentify potential obstacles involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ductwork, ventilation, and existing insulationAssign responsibilities and provide direction to crew membersOperate spray foam rigs and application equipmentApply and oversee proper installation of spray polyurethane foamMonitor foam quality, thickness, coverage, yield, and application conditionsEnsure proper preparation and protection of the customer's homeMaintain safe job-site practices and proper PPE requirementsTroubleshoot spray foam equipment and application issuesPerform routine equipment and rig maintenanceMonitor material usage and minimize unnecessary wasteMaintain an organized and professional company vehicle and spray foam rigCommunicate professionally with homeowners throughout the projectPerform final quality-control inspectionsDocument job completion and address issues before leaving the propertyCollect customer payments when requiredTrain and develop installers and helpersMaintain productivity without sacrificing safety or workmanshipQUALIFICATIONSSpray foam installation experience is strongly preferred for this leadership position.
