Pay Range: $45.00 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Spring Boot Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, Angular, and full-stack application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications while providing technical leadership and coordinating with architects, cross-functional teams, product owners, and development teams.

Experience with AI/ML will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the application lifecycle.
• Develop responsive web applications using Angular.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Work with PL/SQL and relational databases for application development and data processing.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions within timelines and budget.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables and ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and release activities.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD and DevOps practices to improve software delivery and deployment reliability.
• Work with tools such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, Argo CD, and Ansible.
• Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions to complex application and integration challenges.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, performance requirements, and software development best practices.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of development and delivery processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI/ML, and evaluate opportunities for their application within enterprise solutions.
