Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer with 3 5 years of experience to design, develop, optimize, and maintain database solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, developing stored procedures, optimizing database performance, and supporting business applications with efficient data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects.

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.

• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and indexes.

• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.

• Design and implement ETL processes for data migration and integration.

• Collaborate with application developers to support database-related requirements.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

• Monitor database performance and resolve production issues.

• Participate in database design reviews and implement best practices.

• Create and maintain database documentation.

Required Skills

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer.

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.

• Good understanding of database normalization and relational database concepts.

• Experience with query optimization and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of indexing strategies and execution plans.

• Familiarity with ETL tools and data migration processes.

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or Google Cloud SQL) is an added advantage.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
