Job Description
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Software Development, Engineering or Computer Science is required
- 7+ years demonstrated experience in database development on any major RDBMS platform (Snowflake/SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase ASE / DB2)
- 6+ years' experience with either Ab Initio or Informatica ETL toolsets
- 5+ years' experience with cloud-based platforms like Snowflake, AWS or Azure
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices
- Strong knowledge of data objects like JSON and XNIL.
- Experience writing Unix shell and Windows batch scripts
- Strong knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle is required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written_
- Understanding of the integrity of development models including the enforcement of standards,
- policies and system stewardship principles.
- Ability to develop support materials for to expand overall knowledge sharing throughout the group.
