We're partnering with a growing company in Norco, CA that's looking for a Senior Accountant who can confidently own the close process, dive into reconciliations, and help keep the financial engine running smoothly.
Leading month-end close activities
Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
Keeping the general ledger accurate and audit-ready
Analyzing financial data and spotting trends
Collaborating with operations and leadership teams
Improving processes and making accounting life easier for everyone
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Excel skills that impress people in meetings
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Stable and growing organization
