Sr. Accountant

About Us:

Predactiv is a data and technology company specializing in transforming data assets through a proprietary AI-driven platform. Predactiv collects and analyzes vast amounts of online data to help businesses understand consumer intent and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Own AP day to day operations
• Audit & approve Expensify reports
• Play a key role in month end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids and accruals
• Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
• Coordinate on subsidiary accounting
• Participate in the annual financial audit & corp. tax filing
• Maintain ERP systems
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• BS or above degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA required
• 5+ years in accounting, has worked at both an audit firm and a technology company
• Excellent skills using NetSuite
• Familiar with Expensify, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• High standard of work ethics
