Sr. Accountant

Senior Accountant (Temp-to-Hire) | South Bay, CA | On-Site

A growing precision manufacturing company in the South Bay is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to join its accounting team on a temp-to-hire basis. Backed by new ownership and leadership, the organization is investing in modernization, operational improvements, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Support day-to-day operational accounting functions
• Collaborate closely with finance leadership on accounting processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Position Details

• South Bay, CA (100% on-site)
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• $90,000 annualized salary equivalent / approximately $43 per hour
• Monday-Friday, standard business hours
