Senior Accountant

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and review account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
• Manage accruals, prepaids, and other balance sheet accounting functions
• Support financial reporting and cash management processes
• Partner with operational and finance teams on accounting initiatives

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Private equity-backed company experience required/preferred
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
• Experience with accruals, prepaids, and cash management
