Sr Accounting Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

• Responsibilities:- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting• department- Managing, reviewing and approving Finance Departments Journal• Entries- Monitoring and analyzing the financial data- Assisting Controller to prepare financial reports and/or financial• statements for the company- Reviewing and analyzing the corporate tax return- Reviewing and analyzing sales tax transactions In-charge of internal and external audits 

-Preparing and drafting performance reports for the Parent Company- In-charge of month end, quarter end, and year end closings- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles- Working on ad-hoc projects assigned by the Controller- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team, promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financeexperience, with at least 5 years in a management role.- Strong understanding of accounting knowledge & US GAAP.- Proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table is mandatory).- Close attention to detail- Bilingual in English & Korean required- Strong ability to analyze information.- Extensive experience with SAP Biz One preferred- Experience working in the US branch of a listed company in Korea is strongly preferred.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
