Responsibilities: + Support program management and engineering staff in coordinating daily activities, team communications, and other functionally specific initiatives. + Utilizing various systems and tools to support project activities such as meeting set ups, data collection, and status updates. + Maintain program and department metrics through data collection and analysis from various systems. + Scheduling, organizing, and attending meetings to include setting up conference rooms, documenting notes, and coordinating follow-up actions. + Supporting new and existing employees with IT requests, facilities issues, and office space requirements. + Procure various items to support the team (i.e. tools, hardware, supplies, test equipment, etc.). + Serving as a helpful resource to others within the work group / department and others across the organization as needed. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: + Required: High School graduate with five or more years of administrative support experience Position Requirements: + Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications. + Excellent organizational abilities to plan and prioritize a variety of assignments in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to interface with management, cross organizations, internal and external customers, or government and community officials which requires considerable tact and diplomacy. + Demonstrate professional demeanor, possess interpersonal qualities needed for effective collaboration + Conceptual or working knowledge of ERP system software such as Oracle and Salesforce preferred How We Care At Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
