    Description

    Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Senior Administrative Assistant to support a well-established and highly respected CPA firm in Little Rock, AR. This role serves as a key partner to firm leadership, playing an integral part in maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing client experience, and supporting critical business functions.

    The ideal candidate is a expert administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support to partners and senior leadership, acting as a trusted extension of the team
    • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee client scheduling with precision
    • Prepare, edit, and finalize professional correspondence, financial reports, and client deliverables
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
    • Maintain and enhance electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements
    • Oversee onboarding documentation, engagement letters, and client records with accuracy and efficiency
    • Coordinate office operations including vendor management, supply procurement, and internal logistics
    • Support firm-wide initiatives and special projects, including tax season coordination and deadline tracking
    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of administrative experience, with prior experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred
    • Experience within a CPA firm, professional services, or financial environment highly desired
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
    • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in public accounting or financial services
    • Familiarity with tax preparation, audit processes, or industry terminology
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
