About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Salesforce's Administrative Assistant team is a group of experienced professionals who support top executives across the globe as true strategic partners, helping keep leaders and their teams focused on company goals while embracing the Ohana culture. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll bring a unique, adaptable skill set tailored to your executive's needs and become part of a positive, diverse, and supportive team built on service and excellence. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Manage the executive's day-to-day schedule and calendar priorities, balancing customer meetings, fiscal deadlines, and team needs.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, from one-on-ones to all-hands and stakeholder sessions, including virtual meeting setup.
Arrange domestic and international travel in line with company policy, accounting for visas, costs, and documentation.
Build relationships across the organization and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and senior leaders inside and outside the company.
You're Our Person If...
You have 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally within a global software organization.
You bring strong attention to detail, organization, and process in fast-moving environments.
You've partnered with senior leadership and communicated clearly with executives and external partners.
You've coordinated projects of intermediate complexity and worked within larger administrative teams.
Even Better If...
You have working proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet).
You have experience with Quip, Slack, Salesforce, or Tableau.
You're comfortable accommodating EMEA or APAC hours when needed.
You bring a natural curiosity about the global nature of the business, along with sound judgment handling confidential material.
A few things I changed worth flagging:
Moved Google Suite/tool proficiency and EMEA/APAC hours accommodation from Required and Additional Notes into Even Better If, since they read as preferred rather than essential.
Condensed the "Department Description" and "Your impact" sections into The Experience paragraph rather than keeping them separate, since only four headers are allowed.
Dropped the food/luncheon planning and catch-all "other duties as requested" bullet, since it didn't fit as a core, goal-oriented responsibility alongside the other three.
Left out "3-4 times a week in office" language from Additional Notes since it conflicted with the standard hybrid statement - used the standard three-day version instead.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
