Schedule: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience
Position Overview
PH Wellness is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Admissions Representative to join our evening admissions team.
We are looking for a proven admissions closer with extensive experience in out-of-network (OON) substance use disorder treatment who also possesses strong leadership skills.
This position requires someone who can independently close admissions, take ownership of the evening shift, and provide guidance and direction to other admissions team members.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can be trusted to make sound decisions, maintain accountability, and drive admissions performance.
This position offers the potential to grow into a formal supervisory or management role.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound admissions calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
● Successfully convert qualified inquiries into admissions for detox and residential treatment.
● Effectively communicate the value of out-of-network treatment services.
● Navigate PPO insurance conversations, financial objections, and treatment-related concerns.
● Build trust and rapport with prospective clients and families.
● Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize admissions opportunities.
● Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to admissions representatives working the evening shift.
● Help ensure calls, follow-ups, and admissions opportunities are handled efficiently.
● Support team accountability, communication, and overall shift performance.
● Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to facilitate timely admissions.
● Maintain accurate CRM documentation and admissions records.
