The Senior Advanced Test Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of test systems and methodologies for pressure sensing products. This role supports new product introduction (NPI), sustaining engineering, and advanced technology development, ensuring product performance, quality, and reliability through robust test solutions.
You will report directly to our Director of Engineering and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH location.
In this role, you will impact the success of our product development lifecycle by ensuring robust testing strategies are implemented, thereby enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in advancing Honeywell's reputation for quality and innovation in the industry.

YOU MUST HAVE
WE VALUE
Master's degree in engineering or related discipline
Experience in pressure sensing technologies (piezoresistive, capacitive, etc.)
Strong background in:
Data acquisition systems
Signal conditioning and instrumentation
Proficiency in tools such as:
LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, or C/C++
Familiarity with calibration techniques and sensor compensation algorithms
Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred)

Temperature cycling

Humidity and vibration
Support qualification testing (HALT/HASS, DFMEA validation)

Manufacturing & Operations
Quality & Supplier teams
