This role converts business opportunities into governed, financially responsible, and executable AI initiatives; coordinates delivery across product, architecture, security, data, procurement, finance, and business teams.

The role connects strategy to execution, influences technical decisions without owning every engineering team, and remains accountable for program health from intake through production adoption and value realization.

The successful candidate brings strong project leadership, technical fluency, business judgment, and the ability to create alignment across diverse teams. The role is accountable for delivering high-value initiatives that improve how the organization identifies opportunities, serves customers, enables commercial decision-making, and scales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional technology projects from initial concept through implementation, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Maintain central project plan and communicate updates to Commercial Market Analytics, IT Leadership, and other stakeholders regularly.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, solution options, delivery plans, and decisions for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs.
  • Coordinate work across application, data, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams.
  • Establish effective project governance, including status reporting, steering committee materials, stage gates, change control, and escalation paths.
  • Manage delivery through the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, change adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive timely mitigation, resolution, and executive escalation when needed.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to reallocate resources to improve delivery.
  • Facilitate working sessions and decision forums that bring clarity to complex or competing priorities.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, information security, data governance, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Manage vendor and implementation-partner relationships, including deliverables, performance, dependencies, and commercial commitments.
  • Promote practical use of agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods based on project needs.
  • Support portfolio prioritization by communicating investment requirements, delivery capacity, tradeoffs, and expected business value.
  • Lead retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve project delivery practices across the organization.

Commercial Growth Focus

Projects may support capabilities such as:

  • Data, reporting, and decision-support capabilities for commercial leaders.
  • Process automation and workflow improvements that enable growth.
  • Market Analytics modernization projects.
  • Integration of new businesses, platforms, or capabilities supporting strategic growth.

Measures of Success

  • Strategic projects are delivered with clear scope, effective governance, and transparent reporting
  • Technology solutions achieve agreed business outcomes, adoption targets, and benefits measures
  • Commercial and IT stakeholders have clear alignment on priorities, decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs
  • Risks, issues, and changes are identified early and managed proactively
  • Project investments are managed responsibly, with accurate forecasting and disciplined prioritization
  • Delivered capabilities are secure, supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards
  • Teams and partners operate with strong accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring - Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs in a large, matrixed organization
