Strong Web Analytics experience analyzing website performance, user behavior, customer journeys, and conversions
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Heap, or similar web analytics tools
Strong SQL skills
Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
Experience with Airtable or similar workflow/project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira
Understanding of Paid, Owned, and Earned marketing channels
Experience working with cross-functional Marketing, Analytics, and IT teams
Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and data storytelling skills

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Web Analytics Analyst to turn website and marketing data into actionable insights that improve customer experiences and marketing performance.
This person will analyze website behavior, marketing performance, customer journeys, and campaign results while supporting executive reporting, measurement frameworks, and Business Intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, customer journeys, conversions, and overall web performance.
Use web analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities to test and optimize website and marketing performance.
Analyze marketing performance across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
Integrate data and insights from multiple sources to develop business recommendations.
Create ongoing and ad-hoc reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
Use SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data.
Develop and maintain KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, Analytics, IT, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Help improve reporting processes, documentation, data governance, and analytics workflows.
Use Airtable or similar tools to manage analytics projects, requests, and processes.
Clearly present findings, recommendations, and opportunities to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate combines strong Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics experience with hands-on SQL and reporting skills. They should understand how customers interact with websites and be able to translate behavioral and marketing data into clear recommendations that improve performance.
Strong communication is critical. This person must be comfortable owning projects, working independently, partnering with stakeholders, and clearly presenting complex analytics and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
