Sr Analyst Salesforce Bus Analyst

Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following

Gathering of business requirements, business process analysis, Salesforce projects coordination

Responsible for management of complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects including the management of implemented or to be implemented Salesforce modules such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Service Cloud

Lead consultants and staff through the engagements, support developing subject matter expertise in departments, and serve as the overall Salesforce authority.

Perform end - to end cross discipline leadership throughout Salesforce related Software Development Lifecycle

Ensures the timely entry and updating of process flows by the various process owners and reports on deficiencies & validates process integrity.

Required to evaluate existing processes for defects and/or cycle time deficiencies and equate cost implications and provide solutions eliminating deficiencies.

Analyze user requirements, create user specifications and apply proven application

development and agile methodologies in order to accomplish business goals. .

Ensures that business needs get formalized, tracked, and resolved.

Crafts effective Salesforce communication strategies for both Technology and the Business

Additional Responsibilities

Works with the organization to develop required salesforce process maps models, design technical solutions to satisfy requirements, and completes formal systems testing.

Assist in the change management practice implementation to be formalized

Other responsibilities as assigned

Assist in the development and evaluation of Salesforce requests for change to

determine the impact on business processes, and to assess whether change will adversely affect the operational environment and / or introduce unacceptable risk.

Ensures the delivery of solutions to meet the business needs are accomplished in a timely manner.

Provides salesforce support responding to problems quickly and providing both long and short term resolutions as warranted

Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing, and

implementation, in accordance with schedules being developed by project

management.

Function as the Salesforce SME with a focus of resolving Salesforce issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 8 years experience in Engineering, Project Controls, and

Technology project/ business management

3- 5 years of Salesforce Administrative and Break/fix experience

3-5 years technology business requirements gathering, and Business analysis

experience

Must possess a strong understanding of workflow development, relational database concepts, and systems implementation

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Relevant Skills

Familiarity with Google Workspace suite of applications.

Able to exercise independent judgment and take appropriate action.

Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.

Data management, Business intelligence, with experience with Microsoft BI or Tableau highly desired
