Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong configuration and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of SuccessFactors experience, multiple full-cycle EC implementations, and hands-on knowledge of Core EC configuration components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong employee Central configuration and solution design expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Foundation Objects, Position Management, business rules, MDF (Metadata Framework), workflow configuration, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Solid understanding of EC data structures, organizational hierarchies, and HR processes.

Preferred

• 3-4 full-cycle employee Central implementations
• Intelligent Services Center (ISC) experience.
• Solution architecture experience within Employee Central.
• Ability to lead design discussions and provide senior-level configuration guidance.

This is a 12-month Contract with the potential to extend with our MN client.
