    Job Description

    Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network.     Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.

    You will manage Leo"s Atlassian suite for our commercial and government sectors. You will use AWS products and DevOps patterns to build the next generation of remote systems management tools to support productivity applications such as Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket and Bamboo.

    We are looking for a motivated and autonomous builder to deliver results to our customers. This is a hands-on position where your daily activities will range from strategic planning to new system development to supporting the customers that depend on our services. Deliver consistent, well-defined results in an agile systems development workflow.

    Subject Matter Expert on all workflows end-to-end, customizations, marketplace apps, management and configuration in Atlassian

    Identifying dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management

    Partner with all cross-functional teams to determine needs

    Develop customized solutions, including design, implementation, quality control, end-to-end testing plans in multiple environments (dev/test/stage/prod), troubleshooting and bug fixing

    Maintain the security and data integrity of the Atlassian implementation.

    Install, configure and administration of the Atlassian implementation

    Own stability of the applications to Engineering standards including, incident management, monitoring, alerting and incident resolution for all aspects of the Atlassian products

    Troubleshoot application issues and add-on integration issues in the Atlassian implementation

    Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure changes to implementations and integrations are gracefully handled

    Determine ways to optimize/improve setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality may or may not meet user requests

    Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports

    Use Atlassian REST APIs to develop one-off solutions for integrations with other tools, automate manual processes, data migration routines and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes

    User management and support for users, manage system access across groups to ensure compliance, and maintain best practices

    Create and manage security schemes, custom fields and configurations

    Install, manage and administer add-ons, plugins, and extensions for Atlassian Cloud products

    Develop process workflows for Jira including field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes

    Research, Diagnose, and Monitor performance bottlenecks

    Act as a mentor to less technical stakeholders with best practices

    Write documentation and provide technical training for cross-functional teams
