This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced public accounting professional who enjoys leading audits, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships.
What you will do
- Lead and supervise audit fieldwork for a variety of clients
- Review work prepared by staff auditors to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Identify, assess, and document audit risks and accounting issues
- Communicate findings and project updates with managers, partners, and clients
- Conduct accounting research and assist with resolving complex audit matters
- Manage client relationships while helping ensure engagements stay on budget and on schedule
Skills you need
- 4–5 years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff auditors
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
