Position Details
Title: Sr. BAS Controls Engineer
Location: Omaha, NE
Tridium experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Oversee Building Automation/DDC systems in mission-critical data center environments
Design, optimize, and support HVAC and energy control solutions for high-availability facilities
Program, commission, and troubleshoot BAS platforms (Tridium, Siemens, and others)
Lead project assessments, scopes of work, documentation, and budget adherence
Integrate systems using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other open protocols
Ideal Candidate
Experience with major BAS/DDC systems such as:
Siemens PPCL / Desigo / Apogee
Tridium Niagara N4/AX/R2
Bonus experience (not required):
SCADA: Ignition, Iconics
EPMS: Eaton, Siemens, Yokogawa, Eco-Struxure
DCIM: Nlyte
PLC/HMI: Rockwell RSLogix
Strong familiarity with open protocols: BACnet, Modbus, and LON
