Sr. Benefits Account Manager

Martin Grant Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager for an established insurance brokerage. This opportunity is ideal for a client-focused professional who enjoys managing complex accounts, providing strategic benefits guidance, and working within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of Employee Benefits clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Oversee renewals, client service needs, and benefits strategy.
• Advise clients on plan design, cost containment, and self-funded benefits solutions.
• Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Build strong client relationships and support long-term retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Employee Benefits account management or related consultative experience.
• Prior insurance brokerage, agency, or benefits administration experience required.
• Strong knowledge of self-funded health plans required.
• Active Life and Health insurance license.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage complex accounts and work collaboratively.
