We are looking for an experienced Sr BI & Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in data analysis, reporting, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. The individual should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with business stakeholders, and capable of translating data into accurate, meaningful reports and management insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and recurring reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Create clear, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and business insights.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and presentations.
• Perform quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements while managing priorities independently.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

5 8 years of experience in analytics, business reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, data analysis, and data manipulation.

Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create management-ready presentations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality control.

Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and work independently.

Good to Have Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with Power Query and DAX.
• Exposure to reporting or process automation.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
