Job Description

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Sr. Brand Manager! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role - it always comes back to this: we're a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since.

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead continued growth across a high-impact portfolio within our USA Foods business, including Craisins Dried Cranberries, Cranberry Sauce, and Fresh Cranberries.

This role operates with a general manager mindset, owning both short- and long-term strategy while driving end-to-end business performance across Grocery, Mass, and Club channels. You will be accountable for delivering against revenue, profit, and brand equity goals, while shaping the future of one of Ocean Spray's most iconic portfolios.

Reporting to the Senior Director of USA Foods, this role offers significant visibility, cross-functional leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a farmer-owned, purpose-driven brand.

At Ocean Spray, we're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, we roll up our sleeves and get the job done, just like the three maverick farmers who started it all.

Every day is different, and a day in the life might include…

  • Partner with the Senior Director and Senior Associate Brand Manager to shape the Fresh Cranberry business growth strategy, balancing supply complexity with the optimal demand opportunities
  • Lead cross functional teams through our FUEL stage gate process to renovate and strengthen the core Craisins offering across the Club channel
  • Set the strategy and guide your ABM in bringing a full-funnel Holiday Campaign to life, recruiting new buyers with our core baking occasion for Craisins while also expanding the reach of Cranberry Sauce
  • Work closely with a Grocery Sales Lead and your cross-functional teams to build a seasonal plan to unlock stronger display support for Cranberry Sauce and win across omni touchpoints at a major Retailer
  • Coach your Associate Brand Managers to break down P&Ls and consumption drivers, turning insights into smart actions that deliver strong returns for our Grower Owners

A Day in the Life...

  • General Management and P&L Ownership: Own the full P&L for the USA Foods Base Business, using a sharp read on Consumers, Customers, and Competitors to identify performance drivers and act on them to achieve business goals
  • Strategy Development: Build and drive long-term growth strategies for key segments, bringing stakeholders along and leading cross-functional teams through execution
  • Planning and Execution: Lead annual marketing plans end-to-end, from strategy to sell-in, grounded in insights and clear brand thinking to deliver results and meet our financial commitments to our Grower Owners
  • Communication and Messaging: Partner with Media, Brand Strategy, Integrated Marketing, and Omni teams to develop consumer-insight led, best-in-class marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and Marketing KPIs
  • Portfolio Management and Renovation: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to evolve our portfolio, prioritizing the right opportunities to stay relevant with Consumers and Customers
  • People Leadership: Lead and develop two direct reports, providing coaching, clear feedback, and growth opportunities, while fostering a strong, collaborative team culture
