Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analystwith 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, Data Transformation, and Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications. Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Enterprise Transformation programs is highly preferred.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Analyze current business processes (AS-IS) and design future state (TO-BE) processes.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Data Mapping documents, and Functional Specifications.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform Gap Analysis and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate API integrations, data migration, and enterprise system implementations.
• Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production deployments.
• Create dashboards, reports, and business process documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
