The Senior Business Analyst will support the EEOC’s enterprise information technology, business transformation, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) initiatives. This individual will provide expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, application assessment, process improvement, and system modernization.
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between agency business units, FOIA program personnel, department leadership, and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) technical teams. The Analyst will translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and communicate technical concepts in language that business stakeholders can readily understand.
The selected candidate will also perform as a qualified FOIA Systems Analyst, supporting the administration, operation, enhancement, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the agency’s FOIA program and supporting information systems.
Education substitution: In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a candidate must possess a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience performing business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement activities.

The Business Analysis certification is a mandatory minimum requirement, not a preferred qualification. Candidates who do not possess a current Business Analysis certification will not be considered.
