About the Role

Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team as a Senior Business Analyst driving Microsoft 365 adoption and user enablement. You will lead impactful programs that enhance user engagement, streamline communication, and empower teams to maximize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders nationwide and shape the future of digital productivity in a hybrid or remote work environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Microsoft 365 user community meetings and engagement activities to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support champion and power-user programs through targeted communications and administrative oversight.
• Develop, update, and maintain engaging training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, and digital learning resources.
• Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 and Copilot resource sites, including SharePoint content repositories.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, improve adoption strategies, and support successful technology rollouts.
• Lead change management and communications for new features, ensuring seamless user transitions.
• Track, measure, and report on adoption and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption and enablement initiatives.
• Proficiency in business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience creating training, educational, or knowledge management content.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint administration, content management, and governance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to support organizational change and drive end-user adoption.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or other Microsoft productivity solutions.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies.
• Experience building, facilitating, or supporting user communities and champion programs.
• Digital learning content development and knowledge of content governance principles.
• Use of analytics, reporting tools, or dashboards to measure adoption success.
