    Report Development Required 5 Years

    Power Point presentation development Required 5 Years

    Analytical Skills Required 5 Years

    Governance model development Desired 5 Years

    Process Improvement Highly desired 5 Years

    Sr. Business Analyst duties:

    Produce reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities.

    Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.

    Develop/produce reporting for the new Enterprise Change Office governance activities.

    Capture and analyze KPIs/KRIs associated with change and change risk; develop and maintain monthly/quarterly governance committee and Board reports.
