The Global Partner Go-to-Market, Programs, and Operations organization brings together go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve the partner experience across all partner segments.

Within this organization, the Partner Experiences & Operations team is accountable for enabling partner program strategy, design, launch, landing, and performance. Critical to this work are our partner and field artificial intelligence (AI) experiences, where people and technology come together to interact, transact, and get work done. In this Sr. Business Program Manager role, you will work across Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions, product marketing, engineering, finance, compliance, legal, and support to identify high-value AI opportunities and move ideas to measurable outcomes across internal teams and partner-facing experiences. You will manage AI demand across Partner Experiences & Operations, triage requests using consistent criteria, and work at the intersection of business strategy, engineering, and governance to drive alignment and outcomes across stakeholders.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Establish operating models and governance standards that enable safe, consistent, and repeatable AI adoption at scale, including intake and prioritization, Responsible AI, security, privacy, and production-readiness criteria

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business owners, engineering, compliance, and leadership, ensuring partner and field perspectives inform where AI is applied while optimizing time to value

  • Build organizational AI capability by developing an enablement strategy that increases AI literacy and equips teams to design, build, and operate solutions

  • Manage the infrastructure, compliance, and cost models that support experimentation at scale, balancing speed, governance, and disciplined investment, including vendor delivery resources

  • Collaborate across business strategy, engineering, and Responsible AI to support the design of AI-enabled experiences at scale

  • Measure business outcomes using data and partner and field feedback, and adjust plans as needed

  • Develop partnerships and influence across stakeholders and leaders, applying technical and industry knowledge to advise on where AI can create meaningful business value

  • Embody our culture and values
