About the Role

Copado is looking for a Sr Campaign Manager to build and execute high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, account engagement, and revenue across our enterprise segment globally. Reporting within the Marketing organization, you will translate company strategy, product positioning, and market opportunities into multi-channel programs that create demand and accelerate deal velocity for Enterprise Sales, while owning the global digital growth strategy to maximize enterprise pipeline creation. This role requires strong hands-on execution and high-quality content creation capabilities alongside strategic campaign development, requiring flexibility for periodic early morning starts to align with international stakeholders.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle-from strategy, brief creation, content creation, and ABM execution to channel optimization, performance reporting, and Sales enablement. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, Alliances, Customer Marketing, and Enterprise Sales to ensure every campaign delivers measurable pipeline influence and target-account impact.

What You''ll Do

• Develop and execute global end-to-end enterprise campaign strategies spanning nurture, conversion, paid media, and content syndication programs to drive multi-channel digital demand generation, leading both overall strategy and hands-on content creation
• Build scalable 1:few, 1:many, and programmatic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs leveraging intent, engagement, and opportunity data to target strategic enterprise accounts globally
• Translate corporate priorities, product launches, and category narratives into multi-channel programs covering digital, email, webinars, events, and customer advocacy
• Manage enterprise campaign pipeline targets and paid media budgets (PPC, LinkedIn, DSPs), tracking multi-touch performance metrics and optimizing underperforming channels to maximize ROI
• Establish a tight operating partnership with Enterprise Sales, equipping sellers with campaign messaging, outreach plays, account insights, and SLA follow-up strategies
• Partner with Product Marketing to align positioning with enterprise pain points and collaborate with Field Marketing on regional activations and executive events
• Integrate partner programs and customer advocacy stories into campaign narratives to extend credibility, market reach, and pipeline contribution
• Collaborate with Digital and Marketing Operations on audience segmentation, customer journeys, marketing attribution, and performance reporting

What We''re Looking For

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or technology with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline
• Deep expertise in building global, multi-channel integrated demand generation and ABM campaigns (1:few, 1:many, and programmatic) tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in measurement, attribution frameworks, performance reporting, and channel optimization
• Proven ability to execute paid digital campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn, DSPs) and content syndication programs, maintaining full ownership of paid media budgets while managing agencies alongside in-house execution
• High proficiency and hands-on marketing automation operations expertise with Pardot and the broader tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, intent platforms, content syndication.)
• Strong hands-on execution mindset with a track record of personally crafting compelling campaign content, copy, and messaging assets.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, project management, and Sales enablement capabilities
• Enthusiastic approach to leveraging AI tools for deeper market insights, elevated campaign analytics, and enhanced execution speed
• US-based with a requirement for regular early morning starts to enable collaboration with UK, European, and global international stakeholders
