Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer compensation programs for salaried employees.
• Execute annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
• Perform and oversee job evaluations for broad-based and executive positions.
• Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility aligned with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
• Oversee salary survey participation and salary structure development for multiple countries.
• Design and execute compensation-related training programs.
• Propose process improvements and recommend policy changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of compensation experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge of compensation theories and principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.

Preferences:

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• People Management experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other HR certification.
• Korn Ferry Hay Job Slotting experience.
