    Job Description

As a Sr Construction Project Manager, Tool Install, you will own the end-to-end installation and bring-up of front-end and back-end process equipment - from facilities hookup and vendor coordination through tool qualification and production readiness. You will work side-by-side with process engineering, facilities, EH&S, and OEM field service teams in a high- velocity fab environment where schedule, safety, and tool performance are non-negotiable. This is a hands-on role for engineers who thrive in cleanroom builds, enjoy solving multi-disciplinary install problems, and want to see tools go from crate to qualified production faster than industry norms.

    • Lead semiconductor process tool installation programs from site prep and rigging through mechanical, electrical, and process-utility hookup to first wafer and production qualification
    • Coordinate facilities hookups including ultra-pure water (UPW), process gases, bulk and specialty chemicals, vacuum, exhaust, and process cooling water (PCW)
    • Support manufacturing operations during critical install windows, tool qualifications, and production ramp including extended shifts and on-call response as needed
    • Working knowledge of fab process utilities - UPW, specialty gases, chemical delivery, vacuum, exhaust scrubbers, PCW, and clean dry air - and how they interface with process tools
    • Strong project coordination skills: multi-trade scheduling, vendor management, punch-list tracking, and clear status communication to leadership
    • Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience installing, commissioning, or sustaining semiconductor process equipment in a wafer fab, foundry, or advanced packaging environment (fab equipment engineering, or facilities tool install experience preferred)
    • Proven commitment to safety culture - LOTO, confined space awareness, chemical and gas safety, and cleanroom contamination control
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and compressed schedules during critical install and ramp phases
    • Prior tool install or facilities tool-install technician/engineer experience at a high-volume memory, logic, or foundry fab
    • Experience leading multi-tool install campaigns during greenfield fab builds or major capacity ramps
