In this Sr. Construction Project Manager (Façade) opportunity, you’ll manage the design and fabrication side of complex work and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and vendors to keep delivery on track.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Construction Project Manager (Façade)position include:
- 5+ years of project management experience (general commercial PM experience is acceptable).
- Strong technical background with the ability to read drawings and review designs and shop drawings.
- Experience coordinating fabrication and design processes (managing delivery phases rather than field crews).
- Project planning and scheduling experience, including using PM tools to track progress.
- Comfort working with construction estimating and budgeting for materials to support accurate project cost planning.
- Ability to collaborate and resolve issues with architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors.
- Experience using construction management/document management tools such as Bluebeam (helpful but not required).
- Prepare and review contracts while ensuring requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision; 401k with 5% match; two weeks of PTO, negotiable; discretionary bonus based on company profitability.
