SUMMARY
North Highland is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst to help our Public Sector clients optimize the efficiency and reliability of their Medicaid Enterprise System MES.
YOU WILL
Use knowledge of business analysis and process as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams in the MediciadMES Modernization space
Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility foster your support network and empower career development.
IDEALLY WED LIKE
5 years of management consulting advisory professional services andor Big 4 consulting experience in the MMISMES Modernization Space
Professional experience utilizing BPMN w expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes gathering and validating requirements and creating detailed specifications to guide technical teams.
Experience performing data analysis.
Experience facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
An ability to authentically establish credibility build consensus and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large complex Medicaid Enterprise System consulting engagements including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff senior level executives and the community at large.
Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
An entrepreneurial mindset including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
A bachelors degree from an accredited collegeuniversity. A masters degree andor applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs and for personal development.
