Sr. Customer Service Representative

LHH is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Service Representative / Office Manager who thrives in a light manufacturing environment and has a strong background supporting B2B customers. This individual will serve as a key liaison between customers, production, shipping, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with order entry and the order-to-cash process
• Customer purchase order (PO) management experience
• Exposure to production scheduling and coordination activities
• Experience coordinating shipping, freight, and logistics
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with plant and production personnel
• Proven ability to independently resolve customer issues and concerns
• Experience responding to inventory, lead-time, delivery-date, and product availability inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting large, strategic, or complex customer accounts preferred

Pay/Benefits

• $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
